Role:UX/UI Designer/Developer
Location:Conshohocken, PA
Team Overview:

We are seeking a UX/UI designer/developer to join our UX/UI team to design and build the next generation user interface for our websites, mobile apps, and internal systems.
You will be a part of a small UX/UI team that will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on software initiatives to drive business growth and take our platform to the next level.
This requires a high degree of passion, innovation, and dedication.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities.
You must be detail-oriented and eager to learn new systems and technologies, as well as passionate about creating and delivering new technology solutions.
The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to think big, earn trust, innovate, and deliver results.
As a UX/UI Designer/Developer, you will: Review business requirements, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and provide feedback to clarify these documents.Create wireframe mockups for websites and mobile apps.
Use project planning and issue tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) within an Agile development environment.
Develop websites using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery and/or AngularJS.Deploy, monitor, and support software releases during iterative development cycles.
Provide technical support to our internal and external customers.
Work effectively with business leaders and the technology team.

Qualifications for success:

Bachelor\'s degree (or Master\'s degree) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Development, or a similar area.
Experience with HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and Java Script; experience with AngularJS is a plus.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
Expertise with wireframe mockup tools (e.g. InVision, Balsamiq).
Power-user skills with MS-Office, Windows, iOS, Android, and Adobe technologies.
Understanding of source code control and issue/defect-tracking systems.
Solid knowledge of the internet, browsers, and website usability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
