Data Warehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI)

Development Manager Location: Warrendale,

• PAExperience & Education At least a BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience.
• An advanced degree in statistics or data science is preferred
• At least five years of successfully managing a business analytics solution team
• Knowledge and experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Experience in Analytic technologies and solutions around IoT devices
• At least one implementation of an analytic solution capturing sensor data and providing data for business consumption
• Experience and implementation of Self
• Service Analytics for the business
• Experience in Big Data Analytic Solutions such as Hadoop
• Experience in implementing Hadoop
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse architecture focused on a high level of information reuse
• Experience working with in
• Memory databases
• Proven track record of not only implementation of analytical solutions, but driving business adoption
• Strong understanding of Advanced Business Analytics, including Predictive analysis and modeling
• Ability to define quick solutions in order to provide fast and agile solutions that meet business requirements and promote reuse
• Strong understanding and experience with Integration technologies and implementing proven integration technologies to integrate data sources to a data warehouse
• Strong understanding of SQL Server based data warehouse
• Experience with Qlikview, Tableau, SAP or Microsoft Power BI a plus
• Have a proven experience developing a clear strategy around analytics and executing successfully on that strategy
