Job Description:

Role: Senior Specialist, CRM
Location: Exton, PA
  • Lead CRM design and implementation projects as well as the development of Sales metrics tools as necessary.
  • Help define and drive the personalization of user experience and benefits related to corporate CRM strategy.
  • Lead the development of Sales metric reporting from CRM data.
  • Help define and support change management for Sales tools, programs and updates.
  • Establish, execute and drive adherence to data governance policies that manage the accuracy of sales and marketing data.
  • Support development of CRM training materials and execute CRM training programs for sales and marketing business systems.
  • Work with IT in the development of CRM support strategies/standards.
  • Interact with Sales teams and Sales management to understand their needs and then communicate and implement the Sales tool strategy .
  • Respond to questions from the business on CRM process and system changes.
  • Perform CRM user acceptance tests as required.
  • Provide on-going support to end-users.
  • Network with various departments and lead meetings in order to collaborate, develop and implement Sales tool solutions.
  • Support benchmarks and help to facilitate analysis, reporting and recommendations.
  • Support training programs such as Sales Pros and other sales training systems.
  • Help develop and deliver customer communication strategy through various engagement platforms and distribution channels. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to communicate program benefits and initiatives throughout departments to gain buy-in and deliver CRM value to employees.
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders and key business partners by sharing customer (employee) insights. Help to anticipate objections and challenges and to influences others as appropriate.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years sales or marketing support experience Sales, Marketing or Sales Operations experience as well as CRM administration, development and training.
  • B.S. in Business Administration or Information Technology preferred. Plus, but not required: Certification in Project Management
