Job Description:

Technical/Functional Competencies:
Required for Selection:

Strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong process analyses skills. (e.g. process mapping )Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skillsAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access software applications.
Good data analysis and presentation software skills (e.g. Word, Power Point, and Cognos)

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor Degree in a business-related field and 5+ years of work experience in a compliance related and/or a training and development function.
CCEP certification preferred/ must pursue certification.
Excellent oral and written skills to formulate effective communications and recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint as well as department applications (LMS).
Demonstrated self-motivated individual with strong business, analytical and organizational abilities.
Handle and prioritize multiple and diverse activities contemporaneously while meeting project deadlines.
Must be willing and able to take on new task and learn new content areas quickly.
Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, excellent decision-making ability, and initiative are needed to satisfactorily perform in this role.
The candidate must have the ability to commute to company locations with periodic overnight travel.
