What are the job responsibilities:

Perform detailed analysis to deliver insight and support analytics initiatives. Work closely with Predictive Analytics team and provide data analysis and support for modeling initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

Perform data analysis to provide actionable business insight.
Support the integration, analysis, and when applicable the acquisition of customer data
Working with support teams to cleanse data as needed to improve utilization and accuracy
Generate clear and meaningful profiles and segmentation of Voya customers and business.
Identify data anomalies and research their cause to ensure data quality.
Work with predictive modeling team to ensure data is valid and accurately reflects business reality.
Understand business needs to ensure that analysis is meaningful and aligned to business objectives.
Clearly present analytic findings to team members and business stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted analytic resources within Voya.
Work collaboratively with other analytic resources.
Evaluate processes and initiatives to measure impact and communicate results. Who is our ideal candidate?:
Bachelor\'s degree and at least two years of analytic experiences.
Able to clearly communicate results and process of an analytic project.
Able to validate data quality to ensure it is appropriate for analysis.
Strongly preferred: Ability to present data in a workable fashion, with some experience in visualizing data (PowerPoint, Tableau, Excel). -
Knowledge of 3rd-party data sources (e.g., Experian, Acxiom)
A track record of using analytics to delivery accurate and actionable data.
A strong understanding of financial and retirement concepts
