Job Description:

  • AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE?
  • 2+ years of experience in Service Now as a System Administrator or similar responsibility.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator requiredExperience in implementing Service Now processes and functions.
  • Experience implementing IT Service Management toolsKnowledge of LDAP/Active DirectoryRelevant IT Architecture experience
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, GlideExperience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog, Configuration Management Database, Asset Management)
  • Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologiesWorking knowledge of relational databases
  • Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology is preferred
