Role:JDE Application Developer- SPYDER
Location: Boulder, CO
Requirements

Overview Senior developer with at least five years technical experience analyzing, specifying & writing code for JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE)

Key Responsibilities

JDE Development Play a major role in all JDE-related development Do development work based on analysis & design done by others In some cases, do the analysis, design and development Development of custom reports and forms Modification & maintenance of existing JDE UBEs and applications Unit and integrated testing JDE Upgrades
Take the leading role in JDE upgrades Assist in retrofitting custom code as necessary JDE Support and Troubleshooting Support the integration of Spyder JDE system with several surrounding systems: PDM/PLM, EDI, B2B, Retail, Ecommerce, BI Assist in supporting and troubleshooting JDE and other application environments
Assist with support, training and education of end-users about JDE capabilities Research and develop programs to report on and fix data integrity issues Primary role in working with remote CNC team to deploy code packages, and to install and test JDE patches and updates EDI Develop & maintain the JDE applications and interfaces that support EDI Electronic Customer-facing Documents Support existing electronic document distribution
Develop new electronic documents such as pack slips and invoices using BI Publisher Purging Purging of data in JDE sub-systems
Assessment of archive & purge tools Documentation & Version Control Document program code and code changes Track custom and customized objects in JDE to facilitate upgrades Project Management Manage projects as assigned
Bachelor\'s Degree, Information Systems or related emphasis preferred Expert-level JDE development skills
Excellent analysis and design skills Familiarity with several JDE modules in use at Spyder: Financials, Sales Order Management, Procurement Management, Inventory Management, Requirements Planning, Forecasting, Product Variants
Experience managing & prioritizing issues & user requests Knowledge of database architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence
Experience with several of: BI Publisher, SQL Server, SQL, SSIS, Cognos, Excel Solid testing and documentation skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Technical orientation, for example, ability to quickly grasp new technologies; solid troubleshooting capability Self starter, for example, initiate projects from the smallest coding change up to new systems
Ability to generate own specifications for coding - not all specs will be created by others Attention to detail, for example, check through tables for inconsistent data; complete & rigorous testing Follow through, for example, get back to users regarding their issues; documentation of business needs, business processes, program code, database architecture
Excellent people skills, including ability to communicate at all levels, ability to deal with user problems & queries effectively & with empathy; ability to work well in a team environment Bonus attributes: Project management experience
Experience related to consumer goods/apparel production and distribution
