EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Requires 8+ years of related work experience (required). With 2+ years of experience in Retail systems (preferred).
5 years of experience in a Management or Lead or role (preferred).
Bachelor degree or 10+ years of equivalent work experience (required).
Advanced knowledge and experience with Red Hat Linux, IBM AIX Systems, Enterprise Storage, VMware Virtualization, & Enterprise Data Protection technologies (required).
Recent experience with management of IT operations within a secure computing environment (required).
Current understanding of the deployment of secure systems, system hardening, security compliance, and familiarity with security standards such as PCI, PII, CIS (required).
Deep familiarity with the function, purpose, and common troubleshooting methods for all IT components and technologies in a modern enterprise.
Experience with outsourced vendor services.
Experience managing project milestones for remote projects.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of technical retail environments.
Superb time management and resource planning skills.
