Required Experience and Skills:

Strong technical skills (MQ, DB2, CICS, COBOL, JCL, and VSAM).
Good leadership skills; available for weekend on-call support.

Supports the analysis of processes of low complexity to ensure accurate documentation of requirements and processes and to complete test coverage and requirement testability.
Contributes to test scripts, set-up, plans, data, and updates to support the testing phase and to ensure test requirements are met.

Participates in work sessions to gather relevant information and to ensure understanding of the audience\'s knowledge.

Qualification Requirements:
10+ years as a software development engineer with mainframe technologies.
