Job Description:

Role:SEO Manager
Location:Menlo Park, CA
Responsibilities:
  • Lead all projects related to SEO, including content creation, landing page optimization, link generation and any other innovative tactics.
  • Lead non-English SEO strategy and efforts, possibly working with local agencies
  • Perform regular site audits to ensure priority site sections are crawlable, are optimized for the proper keyword focus and provide users content/functionality to match searcher intent.
  • Act as an SEO evangelist by effectively communicating opportunities and risks across all parts of the organization.
  • Rigorously monitor and analyze the data for ranking and organic downloads, and conduct A/B/C/D tests to achieve the targets.
Desired Skills and ExperienceRequirements:
  • 3+ years of successful experience in SEO and web analytics with visible improvements in user acquisition and search rankings.
  • Experience in working for growing consumer-based startups.
  • Solid knowledge of Web analytics, metrics and tools/platforms such as Google Analytics and others
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power point and Word).
  • Ability to take initiatives and collaborate with many stakeholders to get things done.
  • Understanding of success metrics and ability to measure performance accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Web services, mobile application and platforms (iOS, Android, Amazon etc.) and technologies and tools behind them.
Skills that are a plus:
  • JIRA/ Confluence/ Google Analytics/ Various third party services and SDKs for consumer Web services or apps.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and bloggers.
  • Working knowledge in digital advertising (display, search, and video).
  • Experience with consumer security or network products, preferably cross platform products.
