Job Description:

Education:

Bachelors in Business, Merchandising, Retailing or related degree required.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience:

Two years of experience in traditional retail planning.
Demonstrated success in merchandise assortment expansionKnowledge,Skills: Strong knowledge and proficiency in merchandising, pricing and assortment planning Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including VLOOKUP, PIVOT and MACRO.
Strong proficiency in retail math, OTB and system analysis.
Strong organizational, detail, and project management skills, with the ability to consistently meet demanding deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize thoughts, communicate clearly, completely and concisely.
Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
Strong cross-functional collaboration.
