Job Description:

Required Skills

Ability to identify, document and analyze user requirements and business processes and design solutions.
This work is done under minimal supervision with guidance from managementAbility to query and export data; analyze and resolve data issues
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to understand and effectively communicate business and technical objectives as they relate to project goals
Proficiency in at least two programming languages and a detailed understanding of the associated development best practices and coding methodologies
Ability to work and provide deliverables within an established software development life cycle or application life cycle.
Ability to write and maintain effective technical documentation and program documentation

Required Experience

Experience with the implementation, support and operation of Infor Lawson, required.
Three or more years preferredExperience in reviewing the impact of proposed solutions (enhancements) on performance, usability, etc.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline
At least three years work experience and professional responsibility in the documentation and analysis of functional requirements for financial, supply chain and /or human resources business functions.
Solutions should include applications with medium to major complexity and those with cross-functional scope
