Analyze system integrity and reliability, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS and other HR computer applications/systems.
Examples of systems include Workday, The Work Number, NAVEX, and client Intranet.
Examples of functional areas include but are not limited to time tracking, payroll, benefits, absence, HCM, recruiting, and talent/performance.
Collaborate with functional system users to determine necessary HRIS upgrade needs and assist in implementation of upgrades and new functionality.
Assist in creating system functionality when needed.
Examples include specific local, state, or federal reporting requirements, notification requirements, and other labor regulations that are enacted.
Participate in the review and testing of HRIS upgrades and patches.
Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes and results; document technical process flows.Write, maintain, and support needed HRIS reports and analytics, utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Assist in development of reports for ongoing customer needs.Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Assist with process improvement for Workday mid-year updates and optimization, conduct needs assessment, analysis, preparation, and test new functionality.
Develop testing plans to take advantage of new features and functionality in new Workday releases and then coordinate the introduction of those new features with all internal stakeholders.
Serve as the communication hub for technology requests related to Workday.Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation and escalation management.Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS training, materials, tools, and techniques, and make recommendations for future system adoptions and improvements.
Participate in user group meetings/conferences. Access Workday on-line resources such as Community, Customer Care, Learning Center.
Participate in Global HRIS implementation and ongoing maintenance, upkeep, and analysis.
Be a resource to Global partners.Provide guidance and training to HR team members, managers and employees on HRIS/Workday processes and tools.
Be a key resource in integrating Workday with other products and services.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employment related matters. Other HR Functions Serve as backup for HRIS team as necessary.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience working with HRIS systems.
Advanced proficiency with Workday HCM application: organization, compensation, absence, time, payroll, and recruiting.
Proficient knowledge of multi-state labor laws and general HR practices.Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Visio and Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
The ability to write clearly and persuasively in addition to defining problems and articulating solutions within a group setting.
Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job.
