Job Description:

Required:

Bachelor Degree and/or significant equivalent work experience.
At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Operations (i.e, Employment, Compensation, Labor Relations, HRIS, etc.) and with a Human Capital Management (HCM) system such as Workday, People Soft, or Oracle.Experience related to implementation of HR applications.Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

Experience in Workday, HRLogix, Learning Management Systems and Absence Management, Payroll Management and Benefits Management.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.Previous experience working in recruiting environment.Previous experience in a similar resort setting.
