Job description

Maintain and update ADP/EV5 Position Management system features and function.Configure, develop, implement and maintain HR Systems reports.
Provides technical expertise and technical design knowledge for system data reports.Ability to analyze data for error identification and correction.
Develops and maintains written and online HR system documentation and report or dashboard reference documents.Support daily/weekly processes,
transactions, mass changes, data entry ad hoc reports as needed.Troubleshoot system glitches, errors and processing issues as they arise and impact reporting.
Daily monitoring and recording of integrations sent to and from core HR SystemsRecord integration issues and work with Senior HR Systems team members to resolve and repair.
Performs other related duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree in HR or a related business field preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of report creation and delivery experience required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in SAS environment required,
with reporting in Cornerstone on Demand, ADPR & Enterprise V5, Time & Labor and Absence Management strongly preferred. Prior HR analytics experience desired.
Expert in report writing skills and Excel, Access, Dashboards, or other reporting tools.
