Job Description:
Your Responsibilities include:
- Inbound and Outbound calls; meeting matrix requirements set into place by top managementFinalizing sales orders and contracts; along with entering ordersCoordinating processing and shipping of ordersCustomer Service, Order tracking and credit processing
- Return good authorizationsResolving customer complaintsClaims management: Research, approvals, denials, processing, and deductions.
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving abilitiesSAP and CRM experienceEnjoy a fast paced, and challenging environment
