Job Description:

Your Responsibilities include:

Inbound and Outbound calls; meeting matrix requirements set into place by top managementFinalizing sales orders and contracts; along with entering ordersCoordinating processing and shipping of ordersCustomer Service, Order tracking and credit processing
Return good authorizationsResolving customer complaintsClaims management: Research, approvals, denials, processing, and deductions.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving abilitiesSAP and CRM experienceEnjoy a fast paced, and challenging environment
Strong Typing and word processing skillsMicrosoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPositive attitude and a willingness to learn
