Master Data Coordinator

Location: Corona, CA

Description

To create SAP Master Data in SAP production andquality systems ensuring that all data is created to a high standard

• Ongoing and periodic maintenance of all masterdata to ensure data integrity and uniformity investigate and develop toolsfor improving processes and for data cleansing.
  
• Close liaison with all departments responsiblefor authorizing SAP Master Data
  
• To working closely with SAP Team on all issuesthat are related to Master Data - including the testing and loading of newtypes of Master Data
  
• Data involvement on SAP projects which have an impact on Master Data.
  
• Test new or upgraded SAP functionality withspecial emphasis on Master data
  
• Report on SAP Master Data, regularly and on anad hoc basis, specify any reports that may be needed to improve Master Dataprocesses and monitoring
  
• General assistance to with SAP projects and business systems processes
  

Requirements

• Candidate should be extremely analytical and detailed-oriented
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Ability to solve practical problems and dealwith a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists
  
• Ability to prioritize, plan and execute and workwith minimal supervision
  
• Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changingwork environment
  
• Excel in the use of analytical computer software(i.e. excel)
