Qualifications:

Advanced understanding of analysis and design principles, coding and testing techniques and program languages and tools.
Ability to identify and understand business problems and opportunities and present multiple solutions for problem resolution.
Experienced in developing custom applications using XGEN/COBOL with an Oracle database.
Experience with SQL Queries and relational database concepts.
Proficient on the Microsoft suite of office products such as Excel and Word.
Ability to identify and understand business problems and opportunities and present multiple solutions for problem resolution.
Expert knowledge of development and test environments and configuration processes.
Ability to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical terms.
Advanced analytical, diagnostic, reverse engineering and problem-solving skills.
