Location:Columbus, OH Responsibilities

• The human resources information systems (HRIS) manager is responsible for managing the HRIS department, staff, and day-to-day operations in order to deliver efficient and effective service to the organization
• The HRIS manager reports to the director of the HR Resource Center and HRIS.

• Providing mid-level leadership duties for all enterprise HR data shared with internal and external systems.Ensuring data integrity on outgoing and incoming files.
• Ensuring the integration and coordination of any internal or external system changes affecting HR data shared among multiple systems.

• 8 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, computer science, or a related field or a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in HR systems administration required.
