Job Description:

Role: SAP IT Consultant - Risk Services Audit
Location:St Louis MO

Assist in determining audit and assurance consulting services scope, audit objectives and work to be performedPerform controls and business process assessments and other IT based consulting services related to SAP Basis, GRC and select modules, with the opportunity to expand skillsets broadly
Provide deliverables and reportsProvide leadership in the development of methodology/protocol for service delivery
Business development through networking and new service development
Assist in developing Team MembersProvide direct communication with clients and staff
Supervise the IT audit staff assigned to the engagement (if designated as In-Charge)
Provide training or act as a mentor to less experienced team members

Preferred Experience/Background/Skills

A minimum of three years of current and or recent experience in ERP Analysis, IT Audit, and or IT risk management consulting roles (e.g., SAP consulting, SOC 1/2, HIPAA, SOX 404, and/or security)
Experience using/directing/advising use of SAP GRC or other segregation-of-duties, security authorization and control assessment tools
Experience using/directing/advising use of SAP GRC or other segregation-of-duties, security authorization, and control assessment toolsControl and process knowledge of SAP Basis administration and other SAP technical support procedures, strongly desired
Experience in managing or reviewing system implementation project processes and controls
Good understanding of IT risk assessment and audit procedures
Excellent communications skills and comfortable interacting with technical systems management personnel and C-level managementHighly motivated, self-starter, strong ability to learn, adapt and function as strong team player
Commitment to superior client service and creative problem-solving ability with a consultancy mindset
Ability to develop and communicate pragmatic / value-add recommendations for reducing IT risks
Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent supervisory, analytical and leadership skillsHave the ability to meet challenging client requirements, and possess
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required)
Strict adherence to professional ethicsAbility to successfully contribute to the success of a strategic business unit of the firm
Focus on quality and service High initiative and energyBachelor degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or related degreeCIA, CPA, CIPP, CISA, CISM, CISSP or other SAP certification designation preferred
