Job Description:

Job Related Experience:

3+ years of Salesforce.com experience; Specific experience includes marketing and sales force automation modules, workflows, triggers, VisualForce, APEX, HTML, Javascript
2-4 years of functional and business requirement interviewing, documentation and user story creation experience
1-3 years of project planning and management experience; Scrum or Agile methodology experience preferred
1-3 years of Quality Assurance experienceEnd-to-end agile planning software experience a plus (i.e. Atlassian)Financial services background a plus

Functional Area Skills/Knowledge:

Proven track record in leading and managing projects
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; detail, quality and task oriented
Exceptional planning, analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
Client friendliness with the ability to build and maintain trusting and value added client relationships
Strong technical and process development skillsCapable of exercising discretion and independent judgment
Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Ability to work with cross-functional and offshore/international teams
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Office365 a plus)
