Job Description:

Required Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesAssociate, vocational, or technical degree required in computer science or business process improvement.
Bachelors degree in computer science preferred.
Certified Scrum Master required.
Certified Scrum Professional preferred.3-5 years of experience with a software development team, in any role (i.e., developer, QA, BSA, etc.).
1-3 years experience leading/coaching Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, Scumban), in an Enterprise environment.
Extensive knowledge of the well-documented patterns and practices of Scrum (i.e. ceremonies, burndown techniques, various retrospective formats, etc.).
Experience with conflict resolution and situational awareness.
Proven experience with continuous process improvement.Knowledge of and/or experience with devOps principles (i.e., CI/CD).
Possess excellent communication and coaching/mentoring skills.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDSOffice environment no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
