Job Description:

  • The Marketing Manager position requires both a proven Marketing/Sales and business leader with a comprehensive and preferred background in the agriculture industry within the U.S.
  • Also required is an energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
  • The incumbent must have sound marketing skills,
  • analytical ability ability to think both critically and creatively, have a strong financial and operational bottom line focus.
  • Oversees the utilization of outside partners or agencies in carrying out the marketing plan including media planning i.e. print,
  • website, digital and radio communications.
  • Requests and/or coordinates sales promotion assistance, technical and service information, sales and other information and materials for the effective marketing of products.
  • Advises and assists the nationwide field sales and dealership organization in the implementation of marketing plans.
  • Analyzes difficulties and develops remedial measures.
  • Coordinates with other company managers and arranges for specialized assistance from their departments as required.
