Evaluates, maintains and implements HRIS System solutions to support HR initiatives.
Manages 401K plan in conjunction with administrator and advisor ensuring we meet all compliance regulationsInterviews, hires, trains and evaluates Compensation/Benefits/HRIS employees.
The Qualified Candidate Must HaveBachelor's degree in a related fieldA minimum of 7 - 10 years related experienceExceptional customer service and relationship management skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneouslyWell versed in FSLA, FMLA, ADA, ACA and other state federal guidelines and regulationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, OutlookExperience with ADP and Kronos software a plus
