Position Summary

• The Sr. Net Suite Systems Analyst is the member of the Information Technology department and is specifically responsible for the implementation and support of Net Suite ERP and related functions in the environment.
• The position will support all functionality but will be specifically focused and experienced with the financial related aspects of the system.
• The Sr. Project Leader will focus on continuing to drive value back to the business by utilizing the functionality of the system and supporting continual improvement in the related work processes.
• Essential Duties Participate in the design, development, implementation and support of a new ERP system.
• Understanding the requirements of the business and related work processes.
• Work process improvement through work elimination and automation Configuration and testing of the Ne tSuite ERP System Creating and maintain work flows and related functionality to support reporting and dashboard functionality.
• Troubleshooting system functionality when results are not as expected Engaging and coordinating with the vendor and outside consultants for support on projects and initiatives.
• Training end users on system functionality Defining and maintaining roles and role based security Education A bachelor degree in business or related field is strongly desired.
• Experience Minimum 2 years' experience supporting and implementing Net Suite ERP system 3 or more years supporting and implementing a major recognized ERP system from SAP, ORACLE, Net Suite, Workday, Plex, or similarly situated global vendor. 3 or more years' experience working on a project team implementing ERP functionality in a similar or larger sized company.
• Working in an IT department or other capacity supporting a major ERP package, tracking metrics, troubleshooting problems, and supporting end users.
• At least 1 year experience leading implementation efforts of major work stream such as quote to cash, procure to pay, plan to make.
• At least 3 years' experience preparing project plans, developing statements of scope, requirements, estimating work efforts, and task identification.
• Skills Understanding of the core financial and project accounting modules of NetSuite. Demonstrated understanding of financial work processes of General Ledger, Chart of accounts structures, Accounts Payable and Receivables processes, Month end close, financial reporting, balance sheets and income statements. Understanding of Asset management (fixed assets).
• Demonstrated understanding of project accounting, establishing budgets and tracking costs, and related resource utilization reporting. Understanding how to configure custom fields, drop down lists, saved searches, and dashboards Understanding of how Net Suite integrates with other cloud provider systems.
• Understanding how to import data and perform data transformations within NetSuite.
• Familiarity with using Suite Script scripting language.
• Proficiency in this area is not required, however an understanding of how to read and troubleshoot established scripts is desired. Proficiency in this area is a plus.
• Basic project management skills of documenting scope, developing requirements documents, developing work break down structures, estimating time, tracking issues, and performing change management activities is required.
