Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage cloud-enabled application management services for Oracle E-Business Suite that provide complete support for underlying hosted application infrastructure
Responsible for all technical matters related to the Oracle E-Business Suite databases including Production Maintenance, Administration, Clones, Upgrades, Migrations, Patching and Deploying new R12 environments
Experience Supporting Oracle Technologies like Web Logic, Hyperion, OBIEE, UPK, Apex, OAM & SSO
Provide installation, configuration and administration of Vertex and Automic/UC4 products integrated with E-business Suite
Hands on experience as an Oracle E-Business Apps DBA on EBS R12.2.4 Multi Node application, administration, troubleshooting cloning and patching through ADOP.
Experience in generating and monitoring Oracle Service Requests (SR\'s)- Performance tuning of databases performance and stability, pro-actively Identify bottlenecks and resolve them quickly.
Solid experience with Data guard and maintaining a standby database.
Solid DBA experience in Backup and Recovery with RMAN- Supports EBS developers for custom coding, code migration, interface design, XML publisher reporting, database procedures and concurrent requests; and creates shell/UNIX scripts to monitor services- Experience with Linux commands and file system.
Experience in Oracle Discoverer Application Server.- Responsible for installing/maintaining multiple development and test environments
Project management skills with ability to develop a work breakdown structure and implementation plan- Able to work in rotation of oncall support, off-hours maintenance, and code releases
Able to independently work on assignments and interact with diverse teams (server, network, function/technical users)- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Minimum Education Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience and 7-10 years of experience as an Oracle E-Business Database Administrator R12/11g/12c Additional Requirements
Awareness of Oracle E-Business Suite development processes and methodologies such as OA Framework development, security, best practices, workflow, Oracle forms, and Oracle reports.
High level functional and technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules including Workflow, GL, AP, FA, PA, HR, and AR
Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control Installation of Oracle databases
Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Oracle
Knowledge of Restful Web Services- Experience with Load balancing of application tier, and setting up parallel concurrent processing
Experience in Offshore environment- Experience in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), ASM, Replication and Performance Tuning
Well versed with Cloning of Multi mode and Single nodes Instances with RAC.
Well versed with Patching on Single Node, Multi mode Instances along with Shared and Distributed Appltop.
Able to independently work on assignments and interact with diverse teams (unix, network, function/technical users) Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE and OBIA) and Data Warehousing
Strong working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (e.g., schema management, index optimization, and use of hints)
Able to independently work on assignments and interact with diverse teams (unix, network, function/technical users)
Able to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner
