Salary : 100,000 - 200,000

Job Description:

Work within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales quota by selling HCM/payroll services and referring health, 401k, workers compensation and S125 administration services to the benefits team.
Build relationships with referral partners.Use existing experience in payroll sales to generate new clients, build relationships and leverage company's client base.
Strategize with prospects to understand their needs and review CPS services and software applications.
Collect completed paperwork as needed to finalize sale.Collect critical prospect data and maintain, update and utilize CRM.
Prospect for new business 35+ hours per week.10 - 12 End User Presentations per week Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license for travel to client meetings.
Experience selling payroll to the 20 - 500 market is necessary and TLM/HCM/HRIS experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management via the phone, email and in presentations.
Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM applications.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
