Job Description:

Plan programs by studying specifications; arrange specifications by developing logical sequence, preparing flowcharts, and researching solutions.
Code specifications by converting logical sequence and workflow into program language.
Verify coding by performing unit testing and trial runs.Prepare program documentation.
Advance job knowledge to the next level by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and learning from mentors and peers.Follow company standards.
Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
Secondary Job Functions Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education.
Assist with training other employees and providing backup.Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.

Job Qualifications Education:

Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Engineering

Required Experience:

1 year practical development experience, Required Licenses or Certifications None Knowledge, Skills and Abilities EDI Mapping experience, ideally with Liaison Integration platform or similar tool set.
Experience with FTP and AS2 a scheduled plus.Experience with 2 or more of the following EDI X.12 transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, 860, or 865 a plus Effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent
Interpersonal skills Documentation of applications Strong attention to detail Effective time management and organizational skills Work independently as well as in a team environment
Analytical and problem solving skills Maintain confidentiality Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment Display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries
