This role is the subject matter expert for helping to translate business requirements into functional designs that meet the needs of the global sectors within the End 2 End process framework.
Your responsibilities
Participate with the scrum team in agile ceremonies Release Planning Session Stand-Ups Story Sizing and Refinement both before and during sprinting Design Swarms Represent the Business/Business Process Experts (BPE)/Product Owners (PO) to the scrum team
Provide full time onsite support to scrum team during whole development cycle, represent business/PO in the scrum team
Provide real time feedback to scrum team when user story is being built in development environment Attend Sandbox demo by scrum team together with PO/BPEs,
Collect initial feedback back to scrum team, business approval to scrum team to continue development
Represent the Scrum team to the Business/BPEs/PO Perform the iteration demonstration for your features Participate in social media discussions with our user community Schedule Acceptance
Demo with team and PO/BPEs Your team Your team is tasked with design, build and validation of software tools that implement the internal business system elements for customer service.
The team contributes to the program by providing best in class systems and other elements for the areas that have been identified as differentiators, while providing fit for purpose industry standard systems for those elements that have been identified as non-differentiating.

We are looking for Bachelors degree in a science or related field preferred Experience in designing and deploying processes and systems across a variety of Business Models is required
Additional continuous improvement discipline certifications (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) desired Experience using Agile methods used in IT projects desired Understanding of the End 2 End Business
Processes Understanding of Software Validation processes
5 + years of experience (10 preferred) in CRM and/or Case/Service ticketing and service delivery.
Salesforce.com and Service Max.com experience is highly preferred International Travel may be required- Total travel (20%)Superior administrative, management and project coordination skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences up and down the levels in the organization
