Job Description:
The Workday HRIS Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Acts as a key member in the configuration and maintenance of the HCM and the LMS, including the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information.
- Assists in creating security models based on the key functional responsibilities of the end user and configures the HCM to enforce that the security access to specific data is correct.
- Develops and executes ad hoc and custom-configured reports in the HCM and provides data analysis and recommendations, as needed.
- Ensures proper security and privacy controls are captured in all reports.
- Analyzes current configurations and business processes, makes recommendations, and reconfigures the system as needed to meet business needs.
- Often works with the Finance department, including Payroll, to coordinate retrieval of information.
- Monitors system integrations for errors, specifically ADP PayForce and eTime, and works with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participates in system testing to validate the rollout of new functionality.
- Manages HR data integrity by proactively conducting audits and analyzing data transactions.
- Documents and maintains all business processes, requirements, and policies.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Bachelors degree with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources and/or HRIS
- Hands-on experience with Workday is a must
- Experience with Workday EIB integrations is required
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Considerable ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.
- Working knowledge of and experience in report writing and data analysis.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
