Job Description:

Ensures that the compensation and benefits programs support the company\'s strategic objectives and provides attractive and competitive programs for our employees.
Develops and implements compensation, benefits and HRIS policies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Evaluates and re-negotiates contracts with vendors to confirm opportunities for cost savings and service improvements
Researches and investigates current trends, practices, costs and alternatives ensuring attractive programs which will attract and retain employees.
Collects and analyzes compensation market data to ensure competitiveness of company compensation structure.
Administers salary and incentive programs, job evaluations, and provides guidance to management on compensation issues in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Oversees HRIS ensuring state of the art technology meets business needs.
Evaluates, maintains and implements HRIS System solutions to support HR initiatives.
Manages 401 K plan in conjunction with administrator and advisor ensuring we meet all compliance regulations Interviews, hires, trains and evaluates
Compensation/Benefits/HRIS employees.
