Job Description:

  • Ensures that the compensation and benefits programs support the company\'s strategic objectives and provides attractive and competitive programs for our employees.
  • Develops and implements compensation, benefits and HRIS policies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Evaluates and re-negotiates contracts with vendors to confirm opportunities for cost savings and service improvements
  • Researches and investigates current trends, practices, costs and alternatives ensuring attractive programs which will attract and retain employees.
  • Collects and analyzes compensation market data to ensure competitiveness of company compensation structure.
  • Administers salary and incentive programs, job evaluations, and provides guidance to management on compensation issues in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Oversees HRIS ensuring state of the art technology meets business needs.
  • Evaluates, maintains and implements HRIS System solutions to support HR initiatives.
  • Manages 401 K plan in conjunction with administrator and advisor ensuring we meet all compliance regulations Interviews, hires, trains and evaluates
  • Compensation/Benefits/HRIS employees.
