Job Description:

  • Work within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales quota by selling payroll, HCM and timekeeping services and products.
  • In addition, our sales team benefits by referring health, 401k, workers compensation and S125 administration services to the benefits team.
  • Build relationships with referral partners such as CPs and Attorneys.
  • Use existing experience in payroll sales to generate new clients, build relationships and leverage company's client base.
  • Strategize with prospects to understand their needs and review CPS services and software applications.
  • Collect completed paperwork as needed to finalize sale.
  • Collect critical prospect data and maintain, update and utilize CRM.
  • Prospect for new business 35+ hours per week.
  • 10 12 End User Presentations per weekork within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales quota by selling payroll,
