Job Description:

Essential Job Functions Include:

  • Assess the Firm HRIS capabilities and make recommendations for improvements in systems and related processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of HRIS solutions tailored to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver superior service in support of key Firm initiatives (e.g., onboarding process improvement, open enrollment, reorganizations, etc.).
  • Team with business owners of upstream and downstream applications to manage upgrades and provide operational support.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR Information Management analysts and commit to their ongoing career development by, for example, developing and delivering training designed to maintain and expand the technical proficiency of the team.
  • Lead the implementation of the Firms HR reporting strategy and review the strategy regularly to ensure it aligns with the Firms evolving needs.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS, advanced functional and technical knowledge of People Soft (8.9 and above),
  • A minimum of 5 years in an HRIS leadership role (preferably in a professional services environment), excellent communication skills, and experience working effectively with global teams.
  • A Bachelors Degree in a related field and HRIP or other similar certification(s) are strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively in solving problems
  • Exhibit both the human resources knowledge and technical skill necessary to identify and translate business needs into technical solutions,
  • Have experience developing, proposing, and overseeing the efficient implementation of system solutions in support of business priorities (including experience managing implementations and upgrades),
  • Have a proven track record of motivating and developing effective HRIS teams, as well as establishing trust and building a collaborative work environment,
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, andpossess excellent project management skills and a strong customer service orientation.
