This Scrum Master MUST have large program/project experience, be able to be hands on in understanding project requirements, implementation methodologies and processes.
This person should have experience implementing Enterprise Agile projects using the Scrum Framework.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Should be well versed in Scrum and Kanban frameworks
provide guidelines and best practices in using scrum in the enterprise environment
Creating artifacts that facilitate scrum in enterprise agile projects
Ability to problem solve and provide practical solutions to issues
Play the role of Scrum Master across multiple scrum teams at the same time.
Facilitate and coach teams on the scrum rituals and the benefits of the scrum framework
Align the goals and targets of the team with the goals of the enterprise program
Experience using TFS for creating the product backlog and managing sprints
Provide guidelines on testing processes and tools in enterpriseagile projects
Ability to create project related artifacts and reports
should be well versed in project management practices and procedures
Experience in managing agile enterprise projects will be helpful
CSM certification is preferred
Works with multi-functional teams to define, estimate, and document the overall scope of projects with significant complexity; may provide direction to other Project Managers.
Displays professionalism, quality service and a \"can do\" attitude to internal members/departments of the Firm as well as external clients and vendors via electronic and print correspondence, over the telephone and in-person.
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 5-8 years of progressively challenging experience (large-scale, multi-disciplinary Project Management) in enterprise Agile Projects is required
Ability to use MS Project Professional 2003 or 2007 to manage project scheduling and tracking.
Experience in all aspects of IT project management from hardware infrastructure through application development and deployment.
Solid understanding of and experience with various methodologies used to deliver projects.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where resources are often shared across projects.
Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.
Demonstrated project leadership skills. Strong organizational skills. Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work on various teams and contribute to the success of the teams.
