Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Develops and maintains credit policies and risk strategies
Designs, builds and maintains a risk control framework to track credit card portfolio performance
Coordinates internal and external resources to develop models predicting credit risk, lifetime profitability and other metrics in order to optimize credit card origination process
Assists in the development of effective collection and recovery strategies
Assists in compliance/regulatory requirements fulfillment
Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree and/or 5+ years of financial services experience
Analytical and modeling experience in credit card services
Excellent orientation in Credit card industry
Proven track record of building credit card strategies and/or credit card portfolio management
Experience with analytical and reporting software tools
Readiness to find innovative approaches to origination processes
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in developing and presenting recommendations to senior management
