DAILY OPERATIONS

• Coordinate with local & global business partners on SEO related projects
  
• Perform audits/crawls to identify technical issues
  
• Test & learn initiative design, execution and evaluation for critical SEO elements
  
• Shape content strategy and development of programmatic content solutions
  
• Review page content and SEO compliance.
• Make recommendations for improved traffic and conversion and hand off to relevant development teams.
  
• On board new vendors as well as manage the day-to-day vendor relationships
  
• Responsible for attaining SEO growth goals
  
• Partner with relevant teams outside of the SEO department, including PR, Analytics and Brand to find points of collaboration and shared executions
  
• Responsible for budgeting and running marketing spend
  

• Monitor and manage SEO performance daily; communicate performance/activities to relevant partners of varying degrees of SEO knowledge
  
• Create ad hoc reports for deeper dive investigations into performance trends
  
• Understand and report on cross-channel impacts and performance
  
• Benchmark and monitor competitor performance and activities
  
• Weekly analytics reviews (e.g., Google Search Console/Omniture) to identify issues and opportunities
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ year-experience in SEO analysis, search engine marketing, or other analytical online marketing.

• Demonstrates an understanding of the principles of optimization for natural search.
