Role: HRIS Analyst

Location: Alpharetta,GA

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops standardized and ad hoc reports to support daily HRIS operations and performance.
  
• Responsible for integrity of employee and organizational information. This includes systems and data such as ADP (v12), SAP and external vendors
  
• Assists with HR special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  
• Performs data audits, analyzes data proactively and on request in support of HR initiatives and reporting requests from business.
  
• Annual government compliance reports for HR compliance team.
  
• Identifies and recommends process improvements.
  

Knowledge Requirements:

• Fast and accurate alphanumeric data entry skills.
  
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious.
  
• Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to function as HRIS subject matter expert to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance.
  
• Must have a passion for process improvement; be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced, ever-changing high priority environment.
  

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or Human Resources required
  
• Excellent Excel skills
  
• 2-5 years\' experience
