Responsibilities:
Ensure Optimal Inbound Service, Instock, and Inventory levels are maintained in accordance with Customer KPI Expectations.
Conduct analysis to identify root cause of warehouse and retail inventory and instock issues and prepare recommendations for resolution of issues.
Enable the execution of brand and sales plans with the customer replenishment and category teams by collaborating on site 3-4 times weekly.
Monitor customer Forecasts and Inventory using Collaborative Planning & Forecasting Replenishment Processes at Store and Warehouse level:
Continuously review customer data, analyze activity, and identify actionable trends to meet inventory and instock targets. Investigate demand variation and identify action plans to correct for presentation to Account team and Customer.
Proactively recommend strategies and execute agreed plans with Customer to prevent future instock and inventory issues.
Participate and lead regular Customer meetings to present data, challenge assumptions and provide support for recommended resolution using customer data.

Mange Incremental Promotional Activity Communication and Plan Execution.
Liaise with Sales to gather data and generate demand plan for execution of promotional activity.
Analyze impact of planned promotions and work with the customer to recommend customer forecast of Promotional Activity.
Works collaboratively with functional leaders (Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Supply Planning) to execute supply chain improvements. Investigates reported issues affecting Supply Chain.
Ensures business processes are Developed, Documented, Implemented, Utilized and Updated.
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with senior supply chain leaders within the customer\'s organization.
Support Canadian order management team members in providing well informed guidance and training related to best practices.

Qualifications, Education & Experience:
Degree preferred or 2-3 years related business experience

Strong negotiation, collaboration and people partnering skills Excellent Excel skills Ability to work within a matrix environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills
