Conducts complex analysis for core HR processes, developing systems project plans to achieve business goals
Subject matter expert in HCM processes and systemsExpert in SuccessFactors HCM ModulesParticipates in projects aimed at improving HR performance and efficiency,
including but not limited to new large-scale deployments.Makes recommendation for enhancements and drives their execution.Provides root cause analysis and resolution to issues related to current production environmentProvides functional HRIS support to the HR community on HR processes and systems,
including creating and rolling out trainings to end usersEnsures data security and standards are adhered to; ensures local complianceParticipates in projects concerning the non-U.S.
Countries and advocates for the regions for enhancements or projectsOversees audit and data integrity standards related to Compensation and PerformancePartners with India team to perform off-shore work as requiredOther special projects

AssignedRequirements:

Minimum of 8 years related experience with a Bachelorâ??s degree; or 6 years and a Masterâ??s degree.
Experience with SuccessFactors HCM modules required.
Hands on configuration experience in EC and/or RCM and/or ONB is a must.
Global Project Management experience required.
Project Management certification desired.SuccessFactors certification desired.
Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions a plus.Position located in Fremoont,CA.
