Providing application expertise / knowledge with Oracle CC&B V 2.4.0
Applying application patches (both Oracle and custom)
Taking CC&B builds and deploying to environments
Monitoring application servers and resolving performance issues
Support performance testing (application server monitoring / metrics)
Resolution of application defects
Providing assistance with the following
LDAP Set Up
TWS
Application Server network load balancing
Set up of cluster mode batch servers
