JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors' degree in Information System or Computer Science or equivalent required.
Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Business Intelligence development with a minimum 5 years’ experience in OBIEE application design (including requirements gathering, ownership of metadata and dashboard/reports).
Expertise in SQL coding and tuning is required.
Must be experienced in data warehouse design and dimensional modeling concepts.
Experience and knowledge of BI presentation best practices for effective communication and usability.
Experience and knowledge of reporting environment, dashboard, BI Publisher.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong skills in programming.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs, including a thorough understanding of data extraction.
Health industry experience desired, but not required.
Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and fellow team members.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional team members, support personnel, and all levels of management.
