12-18 years Professional experience in Technology Infrastructure, Architecture, InfoSec, Service Management Technologies
Ability to “think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology
Ability to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate Cloud IT standards to meet business requirements
Knowledge of and experience with management (theory and practice)
Strong leadership skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Knowledge of all components of a holistic enterprise architecture
Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes
Basic knowledge of financial analysis and graphical modeling approaches
Experience building enterprise architecture roadmaps (cloud)
Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions (e.g. VMware, Citrix, Multi-Cloud, Hybrid Computing, etc)
Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
Demonstrated experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking, and financial analysis
Demonstrated track record of leading high-performance teams toward the successful attainment of challenging goals
