Job Description:

Responsibilities include: • Responsible for gathering and processing mapping/improvement efforts for Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Self-Service with respect to the Oracle HRMS modules. • Responsible for implementing R12 including any financial modules. • Responsible for performing GAP Analysis – Identifying and correcting functional gaps with the existing configuration within HRMS modules. • Responsible for designing the interfaces for ADP or any other Service providers. • Responsible for setting up and customizing Oracle Workflow definitions. • Responsible for preparing Md070 Documents and designing the process. • Responsible for setting up Payroll Cost Allocation and General Ledger Accounting Key Flex-fields, Value Sets, Segment Values, etc. • Responsible for setting up Ad hoc reporting and custom HR, Benefits and Compensation Workbench reporting. • Responsible for gathering business requirements, perform gap analysis, review business process, configure modules, develop workflows and interfaces, and leverage best practices. • Responsible for implementing Fast Formulas. • Responsible for discovering, developing, and administrating. • Responsible for working with PL/SQL,SQL, Developer Suite(Oracle Forms and Reports), Oracle Workflow Builder, Data loader or ETL tools. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in related functions • Must have clear understanding of the US Payroll process and legal requirements. • Must have clear understanding of the Payroll costing process. • Must have clear understanding of W2 month end and Year end closing process. • Must have clear understanding of the fast formulas and configuration using them. • Must understand the complete data flow. • Must have clear understanding of the Security profiles in the Oracle HRMS modules. • Extensive knowledge of Oracle database software management at the level of a “Super User.” • Must have worked as an implementation or support personnel on Oracle Payroll, Advanced Benefits and HR modules is a must. • Must have worked with functional HR and Payroll personal to understand the requirement and translate in terms of Oracle HRMS modules. • Must have worked with Program, Plans and Options using Oracle Advanced Benefits. • Must have experience creating functional design for payroll, Benefits and HR modules for Interfaces, conversion and Reports. • Must have experience in improving the existing business process to take advantage of the Oracle functionality to get more efficiencies. • Must have extensive knowledge in Designing, Setting-up, Configuration, Customizing, Integrating and Implementing Oracle ERP Applications including Oracle Payroll ,Oracle Human Resources, Oracle Self Service Human Resources and Oracle Advanced Benefits And knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), HRMS Cost Allocation, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Procure-to-Pay is a Plus. • Must have prior knowledge of Data Mapping and Standard API’s and Data Migration stored procedures. • Must have experience in technical documentation and actual PL/SQL procedures. • Must have implemented Customization and provided technical support on the same. • Must have worked with Oracle development tools. • Must demonstrate outstanding stewardsh
