Essential Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in providing solution on MS Dynamics CRM platform
  
• Expertise on MS CRM 2013/2015/2016 application
  
• Organization structure and CRM security module
  
• Good understanding of Entity relationships, Sales and Customer Service Processes, Workflows, Universal Service Desk and Contact Center
  
• Good knowledge in Gap Fit analysis, Requirement Analysis, Process Design on MS Dynamics CRM platform
  
• Experience in deploying MS Dynamics CRM solution for Insurance Industry
  
• Ability to create Test plans and test cases from requirements
  
• Good knowledge on test frameworks and testing life cycle
