Qualifications
Excellent understanding of Oracle OBIEE, OBIA, OCDM concepts and structures. Linux operating system understanding is required.
Excellent knowledge of Weblogic, Oracle OBIEE and ODI clustered architecture in a RAC configuration.
Excellent experience and understanding of patching, cloning, configuring, Enterprise Manager, security, backup and recovery procedures, and replication activities. Weblogic, Oracle OBIEE and ODI tuning skills required.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Good understanding of version control for a OBIEE environment.
Good understanding of continuous integration and deployment technologies.
Ability to implement and follow an SDLC process.
Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field of software development, database programming, or computer engineering. Typically requires 3 years plus of previous experience as an Oracle OBIEE Administrator. Proven experience designing and implementing a enterprise service oriented architecture. Demonstrated ability to consistently provide FANATICAL support.
