Job Details

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Research and implement recommendations for organic SEO success
  
• Manage, analyze and report from a variety of resources, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and Google My Business
  
• Develop and implement link building strategy
  
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
  
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve rankings, traffic and conversions
  
• Keep pace with current, past and projected trends in the SEO and internet marketing industry
  
• Performs other duties as directed by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager
  

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor??s degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant major
  
• Minimum of 3 years in SEO and web focused capacity
  
• Demonstrated ability to enhance organic performance through SEO best practices
  
• Ability to measure effectiveness of SEO strategies using tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Yext, etc.
  
• In-depth knowledge of website architecture, metadata, keyword research and related skills
  
• Understanding of local search with the ability to deploy an effective local strategy
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to know when, where and how to make decisions based on data
  

Advanced Excel skills

• Functional understanding of HTML and CSS
  
• Results-oriented and problem solver individual, with a highly collaborative work-style
  
• Customer focused with strong planning and organizational skills
  
• Experience in a service based, retail franchise environment is a plus
