Senior PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Functional Consultant with expertise implementing, upgrading and supporting HCM, Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)and Profile Management up to v9.2 . Must have working knowledge of integration of Recruiting Solutions, Performance Management, Career Planning, Succession Planning as well as Enterprise Learning Management. Must be able to evaluate clients current implementation, understand current state, recommend configuration and integration approach and provide an implementation plan
