DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain/oversee plant specific master data in SAP
  
• Manage and coordinate activities required to ensure SAP processes work smoothly
  
• Provide change management oversight related to SAP data and business processes within the plant
  
• Key plant focus person for SAP related issues and problems
  
• Follow up on SAP related issues and provide management with information to correct problems
  
• Coordinate IT support for SAP related issues, including monitoring of service desk response
  
• Elevate SAP problems to plant and GNA IT management as required
  
• Assist management team in improving SAP skills as required
  
• Maintain documentation for SAP business practices and standard work
  
• Subject matter expert to assist in implementation or improvement of business practices
  
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
  
• (Bachelors degree preferred)
  
• 5 years experience in manufacturing as user of ERP systems
