Core Responsibilities:
Ensu reprojects meet financial targets
Use in depth understanding of project specification elements including drawings,specifications construct ability, and time requirements and costs to achieve project goals
Ensure thorough understanding of project terms through design and construct process
Execute project delivery strategy
Maintain accurate and up to date project financial and schedule reports
Ensure risk and liability insurance in place
Instigate billing and follow up payments
Manage subcontractors, including monitoring, understanding and addressing any subcontractor risk
Provide and ensure effective client communication
Be part of a team when presenting to clients
Manages imultaneous projects from office and site visits
Control documentation quality
Adhere to health and safety
Manage programs/schedules

Design and build experience
Building code
Health and safety standards
Construction planning, estimating, budgeting and forecasting
Commercial awareness
Commercial interior office fit outs
Managing multiple successful projects varying in size, value and complexity
Leading project teams
Experience with project pitches
Project procurement
Sub-contractor selection and management
Experience using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using Viewpoint software would be a plus (but not essential)
