Technical skill:

Solid understanding of architecture and design of IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) v6.2
Customer experience installation and configuration of IBM Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) v6.2
Understanding of OAuth 2.0 open standard for authorization
Experience with OAuth implementations (not necessarily TFIM) if possible
Good writing skills
Good communication skills
